Not long after I took this photo I learnt shoes over power lines is the universal symbol for a drug dealer in the area - I probably shouldn't have had the photo printed on my credit card...?!
I think the shoes over powerline-theme is done very good here. Rich saturation and nicely composed. From where I live (Sweden) Shoes thrown like this could mean you (the shoetosser) have lost his or her virginity. The shoes are left to symbolize this.aptass @ 19-11-2009 09:28:03
